Residential Projects

A few examples of projects that have been completed over the years.
 
I have completed numerous rear extensions to terraced houses,
and also loft conversions, in Portsmouth & the surrounding areas.
A Grade 11 Listed Building in Southsea.
The client required a 3-storey extension to the front/side of the main house.

Two dwellings houses in Southsea.
One owner wanted another level built over the existing 2 storey house, so a completely new mansard roof was constructed, with rooms within.

The adjoining house to the right was also extended at 4th floor level, including a rear bathroom and a 5th level roof terrace, with spectacular views over the Solent & Gunwarf.

The owner bought an existing warehouse and 
converted it into a family dwelling, in Southsea.
